That'd be about 90% of American men. Blonde = virtual automatic +1 or even +2 here. Girls are well aware of this, which is why we see so any bottle/bleach blondes running around. Their sexual market value is consistently overinflated.
Add super long legs, large breasts, and blue eyes to the picture, and you have the absolute prototype for the "ideal" American woman. No other combination can produce a higher sexual market value among the average American male population.
