If you have a good lawyer you can do 1mos or one year on house arrest. Ten years your going for a while so just get out. My friend just went for 12+ a couple months ago and he was free for a year while the feds were working on his case. I told him to get the fuck out. He knows how to sail and work on electronics too which would have been easy work at marinas with other american sailors. 70k in lawyers fees(family friend) and 12 years he'll be gone. My other buddy just got caught fed drug trafficking and some other shit and got 6mos house arrest then on probation I saw he got popped again the other day for petty theft. Retard. I've also seen him get arrested for touching a girls ass at the bar.
