I would not jump to this conclusion so quickly, Sweden has better looking girls than Norway (which is decent) and some of the best looking girls you will see in the world.
I am guessing Roosh is a bit turned off by the Scandinavian way (feminism) and do not forget his standards are alot higher than most guys out there.
