Here's what I'd do, although my living situation might be different from yours.

Either a day time adventure date. Hiking, rock climbing, swimming, beach + ice cream etc. Bonus point for first kiss somewhere with a nice view. Then back to yours, movie, sex.

Or a night time campfire date. Campfires are awesome. Same post date shit as before.
