So, if a guy has other priorities in life than being 220 lbs and 6% bf, then he is a lazy beta? Time is finite, I have absolutely no need to look like a gorilla. Just because I don't spend 3 hours in the gym every day and don't base my life around my %bf doesn't mean I am lazy. It doesn't mean I want to be a fat fuck either. It just means that I have more important things in life to worry about. And if you want to talk about being healthy, I don't think the bodybuilder lifestyle is a particularly healthy one.
