Avoiding False Rape Accusations

Second,in the recorded interview with your lawyer every time they ask you a question take your time to think what your reply will be or IF you want to reply.
I'm confused here. Are you talking about an interview with the police while your attorney is present? Is that recorded? Or are you saying that it's recorded when your attorney interviews you?

Back to your first post, you mentioned that you had assumed this experience would have made you and your three friends closer. It comes as no surprise that you all went your separate ways after it was over, and even more so, you all left town, and two of you moved 1000s of miles away. It's not because the experience was traumatic. It's because although the case was dismissed, it was only dismissed because the prosecution didn't have their shit together. There was no declaration of innocence. There was no declaration by the state that this woman was a liar. You got no redemption. In the eyes of many people, you're still guilty.

Even worse is the fact that many people not only view you as guilty, but they view you as further victimizing this liar with the aid of an attorney. This woman has done nothing but profit from the experience. She probably believes you actually did it.
