Greg Valentino's arms didn't exploit because of stereoids, not even close. His arms exploded because of excessive synthol abuse, which is far from being steroids but a sort of oil that some sick people use in order to create fake muscles, because the oil keeps the muscles flexed even when the muscle is relaxed
