Deadlift is killing me

Thanks, guys. Will post a vid Sunday.

I tried looking at myself in the mirror today just doing 80lbs, and noticed my back, swayed as I mentioned, in fact was convex (curving outwards). I put my butt down, and chest forward and it fell into place much easier. It seems Assman's diagnosis is right, but will post vid nonetheless.

My hamstrings are VERY tight and the past week I've been stretching them 2-3 times a day. Can't even touch my toes. Quads are tight fuckers, too.

Did 300lbs squats today for reps and back felt fine, my form was on point, especially after I took my shoes off. So we'll see Sunday.
