I feel ya man finals can throw you into a daze. You just gotta buckle down, keep your health in check, and keep yourself doing interesting things and putting yourself in situations to meet new women. Take a deep breath and burst through, and give yourself small rewards every few weeks.
It's a terrible cycle: You don't want to be distracted by girls so you jerk it to kill the urge to go out, or you start churning out tons of excuses to not go out/ enjoy yourself. I always feel the best way to break out of these is to just approach like a madman to knock yourself out of it.
