I don't have any direct experience which would speak to how girls would tend to respond. If I had to guess I doubt it would really hurt or help - would probably depend on the girl and her preferences. If you can salsa I remember the bar Seven had informal salsa classes on Wednesday nights. which might be one way to tap into girls that are more likely to be receptive. I only went once and it seemed like the talent probably varied quite a bit from week to week. If nothing else I remember the instructor being pretty fly.
