There are many universities in Ukraine called Shevchenko, who was a very famous 19th century Ukraine poet, he was known as the peasant poet and was very much against the iron rule of the czar, at the time Nikolas the 1st, if a university is called Shevchenko, it will look like this университет имени тараса шевченко, on a side note, Tapas Shevchenko died after drinking himself to death, he was 48 years old and proposed to a 17 year old Ukraine girl, she turned him down, and he proceeded to drink massive amounts of vodka, till he died.
