See it too many times. Guys lured by the promise of plastic surgery and easy sex. Then the reality of flaking hits and the realisation of gringo status really means. Which then either results in desperate beta moves, followed by outright lying to keep face, or a visit to the whorehouse.
Then boasting how the paisas put out for you. Don't be that guy.
