My biggest lifestyle problem, by FAR: erratic sleep schedule

Take 2 melatonin pills(6mg total) at 9pm with a LARGE glass of water. You be drowsy as hell in 30 minutes. Set your alarm for 6am. You'll be up anyway because you'll have to piss. Force yourself in the shower. Get dressed. Eat breakfast. Get on with your day.

Tell yourself 20 times that you'll commit to this routine for 2 weeks.

This is how Psychologist Milton H Erickson cured someone of the same problem(minus the melatonin). Read it in one of his books. He made the guy promise him he'd follow his orders. It worked.
