Excersise . Namely : Cardio
Go to your local swimming pool and swim 40 laps in the afternoon . That should fix it .
Not to mention the other health benefits you'll get from it .
As someone who used to smoke weed regularly , I had a fucked up sleeping schedule ( would wake up at 5 pm every day ) , as soon as I started excersing it solved my sleeping problems and a lot of other problems too .
