These are both really great points, talking about "Chinese food" is *almost* like talking about "European food"--so broad it's quasi-meaningless. And Italy has *much* more to offer than "pasta and some meat" lol. (Most Chinese food in the West is a fast-food version of Hunan/Cantonese stuff-*not* representative [or even close] to the full variety [Chinese will literally *eat* anything so they have more variety :-)
