The "I don't have time" excuse is the default excuse for not exercising. People make time for what they really want, or for what is really important. Celebs can always carve out time if they want to, and celebrity trainers are always looking to add another notch to their rep. Adele essentially admitted she's lazy, and doesn't care if she's fat as long as it doesn't get in the way of selling records. Most chubby/fat celebs eventually knuckle under and lose, but I've never heard this kind of defiance out of a celeb in being determined to remain fat.
