I think it's already begun in some ways. When you look at the increased legislation allowing concealed carry and stand your ground laws. It's white/middle class society telling ghetto trash they wont simply accept being victims. You decide on a life of crime in Florida or Texas and it has a pretty good chance of ending with a homeowner putting holes in you.
