I had to sign the girl in last night, but she didn't have to leave before midnight.
It's just written on a document that you will have to sign, and that means that they could potentially give you a hard time. I don't think it will be enforced unless the neighbor doesn't like noises.
Not really a fan of Gramercy or its location so far. The pool is very unimpressive as well.
