This is nothing -- nothing. There is no way to even call this "bullying". Just a little mild taunting, shit like this goes on on every school bus all the time. The idea that there is anything "shocking" or even remotely noteworthy about this video is a testament to the unbelievably coddled and gentled mood of pre-war America.
All this kid needs to do in response to this kind of taunting is laugh it off, respond with some taunting of his own and be cool, and it will stop. If it gets worse or physical, he can fight back but it's not even at that point and quite likely would never get there.
