I used to believe that when I was a kid. Then I ran track in high school. The school was 80% white, but because because of the racial dynamic of our town only had 1 or 2 white kids ran. Does that mean the white kids weren't fast, no it meant they would rather go home and play video games than run track. And of course when we went to other schools the white kids were just as fast.
That argument is like saying blacks in American are inferior at soccer, cause there isn't any major stars. When all it really means is no one plays soccer here.
