I've tried drinking several types of coffee, from cafes, starbucks, costa etc.

I like the taste and effects, although 1 hour later my stomache has cramps and I usually have diarrhea.

This is preventing me from drinking coffee daily.. Any help on how I could prevent this would be very much appreciated!
