I'm really not sure if he's trolling, but if his complaint about Peru is that it is too difficult, then things will onky get worse in Guadalajara. If his complaint is that he doesn't like the talent in Peru, than both Colombia and Costa Rica are better choices than Guadalajara and both are easier than Guadalajara.
