I say it depends. The Latinas in D.C may not be better looking than in L.A, but they tend to be less ghetto, more educated, and more open-minded in my opinion. Going to college in the D.C area Latinas were my favorite ethnicity to game. During my time on the West Coast they moved to dead last.
