It was close and I had Cormier ahead at the end of Round 3, but his cardio ran out or he froze up for whatever reason and Jones took 4 and 5.
I think Jones is a phenomenon, but I do think that now there's enough material for people to analyse, the contenders are getting closer and closer. Cormier managed to get in and in-fight, Gustaffson boxed from the outside.
Still, it was a phenomenal fight and I would look forward to another one down the line. Both fighters did a great job.
How did Jones take 5? The only thing that happened was a huge slam from Cormier.
