I'm not in your shoes, but some things I've done for similar symptoms include:
Going to an endocrine doctor-low test is likely a factor in your case.
Going to Toastmasters or a Carnegie course if Finland has those- anything to boost your communication skills. You can always tell them it's to get ahead at work.
Go to a dance school.
Haven't done this, but if nothing else it would open your eyes to pay for it, if you happen to be somewhere it's legal, or to take a holiday somewhere 'liberal' like Australia or Holland for a few weeks.
And yes, it will take struggle. However, a dude born without arms or legs is married with two children (with a 'normal' woman) so it's not impossible.
