IMO, bang her, access the nonsexual benefits in the same way you access the sexual ones. Have affairs if you feel like you need it. The affairs will make you less physically and emotionally available, which should only make her value her time with you more. When you have gotten what you need, bounce.

As far as using her for her resources, well, she built them and is probably proud that she can attract a man of your quality with the 'whole package', when her plain appearance would have been an obstacle.
