It's genetic. Indians have always looked down on anyone not Indian for over 3000 years. It's an Aryan complex is what it is.
Indians are not racists towards whites because the whites conquered us. Everyone else is beneath us though (not my words but what I've heard from plenty of indian mouths)
(Non-Muslim) Desi 1st generation immigrants don't like Muslims, Blacks and lower class Whites, in that order.
