With that said, you should be eating caloric dense foods. Think bacon, sausage, oatmeal, and a fried egg. No more white potatoes or white bread. It's whole wheat from here on out. Also start drinking whole milk as your liquid of choice outside of the gym.
Also, before bed drink a whole milk casein protein shake.
