I live in Waterloo - small town an hour away from Toronto. My radius was something like 80 kms I think, which covers many small towns around Waterloo, but not Toronto. Age range was 18-35 perhaps. I did all of this about a year ago, so I don't remember much. I used to swipe often, at least once a day and I used to mass swipe 40-50 of them every time. I live on a college campus, so work and home are pretty much the same place.
Future, You might want to look in Mississauga ..from my experience living in Kitchener, I used to get tons of interest from cute Punjabi girls but logistics can be a pain in the winter months
