I think it really depends on the individual, a lot of men say that their energy and presumably testostorone increase over time. I generally feel a build up of energy till the 8th day, and then around the 14th day or so feel a flagging of energy, which only returns after ejaculation. There is some sort of benefits to ejaculation to my mind, somehow it seems to release hormones and effect neurotransmitters and this sort of stuff.
