It all depends on how much risk you're willing to accept and what you ultimately want.
That being said, he downplays a lot of the risk in my opinion. Parts of his post have that sort of condescending "man up" tone you hear from chicks and white knights from time to time.
And I personally wouldn't look at any of the type of girls he seems to think are alright as long term relationship or marriage material. If he wants to wife up a masculine chick, more power to him.
