I don't think so. He tried to P4P with a normal girl. What happens if you tried to lay down some roots (or whatever I guess a nomad lays down) and some dude who you just met takes a dump on everything? Roosh isn't exactly unknown in the world, and now this will be associated with him. It's not just losing that one chick (oneitis), it's about potentially losing his method of supporting himself and a possibility of being "forced" out of the country due to social pressure.
I don't think the guy did it on purpose, but obviously he was only thinking of how he could screw over Roosh to get what he wanted.
