Finland is the capital of hair dying at the inverse. Lot of blonde/fair haired finnish women dye their hair black... so a black haired girl with dark roots isnt uncommon over there. Regardless of that I tend to agree finland is more diverse in hair colors than other nordic countries, denmark being the polar opposite ( village of the damned effect in most places haha)
