Actually very good advice. If you place an anonymous call, burner phone, and say you hear a bunch of screaming for help at the address, the cops will force their way into his apartment and search it without a warrant. Its easy to let that pass in court too, as the officers were responding to what was reported as a threat to somebody's life.
Anyone know if cops can trace back the owner of a cell phone when it comes to apps like Burner? Best be safe being a legit $20 burner phone.
