On my first trip to BKK I flew with Etihad and they had cutlery in silver with a menu and meals. The highlight was a couscous royal with lamb. In economy! No wonder they've been voted best airline in the world for the past few years running! Not the cheapest but well worth every penny!

I'm positively surprised by Sri Lankan as I was under the impression that they would be among those to avoid...good to know they are good!
