If you're working out 3 or 4 hours a day, and eating a paleo-style diet low in carbs and high in fiber, I wouldn't worry too much about how much you eat. Just eat slower and remain conscious of when you are full to avoid overeating, if that makes sense. Much easier to do when your only real commitments for the day are training sessions.
