My own sister wears a veil, yet she is following a doctorate in Canada and got the best mark in the exam at the end of high school in the whole Senegal and TWO general contests that same year ( I got two general contests too but not the best mark btw )
I insist: explain me the relevance of the clothes.
Exactly what I just said. The prevalence of the hijab's track the shift in the student's attitudes away from secularism over the 45 years. This has nothing to do with the quality of their education or how smart they are.
