Ok... "May work". Really? Well, I'm gonna do a cartwheel. I know for a fact 'x location' has good to great cell service; it's a very popular tourist area where I live.
I'm gonna wait 'til about 8-ish and reply: "On my way to 'x location', maybe another time..."
