Ive always been a night owl but my girl works third shift and also gotten busy with my business so started going to bed at like 10 so I can wake up and get a few hours in working on my biz before my day job. Wasnt as hard as I thought to do. My secret is weed otherwise Id have a hard time falling asleep before midnight.
Need Help. Anyone successfully gone from Night Owl to Morning Person?
