Not good. Like weightlifters they put their body under tremendous strain and either they suffer from heart problems or premature death.
As amazing the feats of strength are the bodies of these guys are put under too much stress and they suffer for it.
Do you have any papers to link to that discuss this link? I'm curious to read up more about it. I personally find it difficult to believe, but anything in excess can be harmful, I suppose.
