Why could you not live in any of the three? Where else have you visisted in Colombia? I will be fluent before i move there. I am working my way to fluency now
Santa Marta is too boring, Barranquilla is a shithole. Cartagena just didn't click with me for living. Weather in all of them I don't like. I have only visited the coast. If I had to pick one I would pick Cartagena, but I am certainly not an expert on the place.
