None of those beaches have regularly surf-able waves.
And like I said, Quilla beaches (not sure if you can even call them that) leave much to be desired. Better off jumping on a short bus ride to Cartagena or Santa Marta if you wanna hit up a beach.
Quilla is great for women, gringo novelty, and nightlife. If you are expecting anything else than you will most likely be disappointed
