Some people could be born with a penis on top of the vagina, and other is would be the reverse.. they would both fuck and be fucked by each other. A new gender binary would arise: "are you a upper or a lower?" is how people would identify themselves.

People born with only one sex organ could become outcasts- seen as the outdated human.
