If you don't speak Portuguese, at least a strained basic conversational Portuguese, you won't get much farther than the Brazuca. Most foreign guys I know here have fished from that stream because their Portuguese isn't good enough to open up other waters. You can't get a princess if you don't speak fluent Portuguese, unless she is a Brazuca Princess.

In many cases yes. Other times the interaction has ended for me shortly after being called Safado.
