Teedub, some of the people are massive mate, trust me, their stomachs are big enough to handle these plates...or they put them in a doggy bag and take it to go.

I meant like you guys, the normal people. How do you eat out without getting massive? Or do the higher end establishments have a more 'European' sizing structure?

I don't eat out often and I'm a naturally big guy anyway which means that my capacity for big meals is almost akin to American portions. In London, I always had to buy double or complain about portions..but over here I will take it to go and put it in my fridge for dinner the next day.

I also stay active and I ride my bike a lot, run and try to swim..this helps to fight creeping fat.
