I agree that MOST men in their late 20s/early 30s are overgrown boys; however, that same age demographic are the men who our country has sent off to war since '01 to do her dirty work that nobody seems to give a fuck about anymore. Like most things in life it boils down to your environment. My brother is a late 20 something and works for a large class 1 railroad, he's a vet too. Chicago had a pretty brutal winter last year and these guys were outside in all of it troubleshooting the circuits/signals/rails to keep things moving. I think you'd be VERY hard pressed to find any pussies among the millennials he works with.
