8 Year Old Sues Parents for Tuition

How the fuck did this dude bill $12,000 worth of attorney time on this case? I would:
1) move to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted
2) move for sanctions against her attorney for filing a frivolous law suit
3) report him to the NJ bar for violating the NJ rules of ethics for his over billing
4) counterclaim for their attorneys fees
Most courts really hate to get involved in these sorts of law suits.
