I wouldn't be so fast to dismiss IBM. Many corporations have their mission critical applications dependent on IBM products/services.
Lets make a note of today's closing price - IBM at $183 and the S&P500 at 1829.
I will reply to this post in 2 years on Feb 19 2016 and predict that IBM will have outperformed the S&P500 by then.
