I'm with Gio on this. How many older, successful, together guys are there out there? Who know how to live life and how to push a woman's buttons and make her feel like a woman, for lack of a better term? Not many. But how many young, cute girls out there...whose only necessary attributes are being young, attractive, and generally pleasant (i.e. mostly inherent qualities)? There are actually plenty of them. The key is to market yourself to them so that they know you're a valuable product.
