Totally agree, but I have a solution.
I found that I identified with masculine TV/film characters like Don Draper and James Bond. So I started modeling myself after them and therefore changing some of my mannerisms. With James Bond, however, you have to be very careful. My opinion is that Connery is probably the best for young men to model themselves after, and that while watching Moore can be painful, you could do worse than emulating him in Live and Let Die.
I would not recommend Brosnan or Craig, though I think Casino Royale is the best if you want to use Craig.
If you're not fucking her, someone else is.
